Beetroot Orange Butter Cookies With Almond Tuile

- Mix all ingredients into a paste. Pipe into your desire shape. Place the almond tuile on the center. Bake it at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
- In a pot, cook sugar, honey, glucose, flour and butter. Lastly add in almond nibs.
