Mozzarella Meatballs

- In a bowl, mix ground meat and egg then season with salt and pepper. Form into a ball, make a hole at the center and insert the mozzarella inside then seal back and cover. Place inside the chiller for 10 minutes or more. In a pan, brown the meatballs on all sides using regular oil. Transfer to a baking dish. Add the tomato sauce into the baking dish and bake in the oven at 210°C until meat is cooked through. Serve with pasta/ grilled bread or mashed potatoes.
