Sable Almond Florentine Cookies
Recipe by: Chef Bernard Tan
- Mix all ingredients into a soft dough. Flatten the dough into 1cm thickness and place a 6" square baking frame and bake it at 160°C for 20 minutes. Place the Florentine mixture on top and continue bake for 30 minutes. Cut it into desire shape while it still warm.
- In a pot melt cream, sugar, glucose, honey and butter. Then add in slices almond, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds. Put the mixture on top of the sable biscuit and continue bake.
