Salted Egg Mac & Cheese
- On medium heat, heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until golden brown. Add curry leaves and continue sautéing until fragrant.
- Next, add in salted egg yolk powder, sugar and chicken seasoning. Mix well. Then, add chillies, stir for a minute and pour in milk.
- Add flour and stir until sauce becomes smooth, ensuring no flour lumps. Add Whip & Cook and continue to stir until well combined.
- Add cooked macaroni, torch ginger and cheddar. Give it a final stir and season with a pinch of salt.
- Once on serving plate, add Arla Pro Pizza Topping and melt it with kitchen blow torch.
