Cheesy chicken pasta
- Heat oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
- Stir in half the basil, the chilli, tomato paste, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, black pepper and toast in the oil. Add the tomatoes and sugar, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medi-um, and simmer uncovered about 20min.
- Stir in chicken tomatoes and cook through. Add half the parsley, remaining basil and the Arla Pro Mozzarella. Add your cooked pasta to coat in sauce then plate, garnish with remaining fresh parsley and serve.
