Lemon Cream Cheese Tart

- Mix well all ingredients into a dough. Roll it into 0.3mm and mould it into desire tart mould. Par-bake in the oven at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
- Mix well cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Slowly add in whole egg. Then add in cream, vinegar and vanilla essence Pour in the mixture into the par-baked tart shell for about 80 % full. Bake it at 150ºC for 30 minute.
- Mix well lemon juice, sugar, whole egg and egg yolk in a mixing bowl and double boil it to 85ºC. Add in gelatine mass and mix well. Add in butter and blend it with hand blender.
