Pizza with lamb
- Cut the lamb into smaller pieces and grind the meat with the garlic. Chop the parsley, and add it to the ground meat along with spices.
- Blend all the ingredients, except the basil, with a hand blender, or crush the tomatoes with hands for a coarse tomato sauce. Chop the basil roughly and mix it in the sauce.
- Cut the aubergines into ½ cm thick slices and peppers in half. Place the aubergines slices and the peppers on a baking tray with the skin side facing up. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200 degrees until slightly grilled.
- Crush the cheese roughly and chop the herbs finely. Mix it together.
- Stretch and shape the pizza dough. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza base and sprinkle with mozzarella. Roll the lamb ground meat into small balls. Coarsely chop the baked pepper. Add the pepper and eggplant on the pizza and season with salt and spices. Bake the pizza for approx. 4-5 minutes at 300 degrees in a pizza oven. Garnish the ready -made pizza with the salad.
