For the cocoa cream cheese:

Add the cream cheese to a bowl, sieve in the cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
Stretch your pizza dough and spread a layer of the cocoa cream cheese. Bake the pizza at 400°C for 60-90 seconds in a professional pizza oven.
Take the pizza out of the oven and add the marshmallows. Return to oven and bake for an additional 30-60 seconds, until the marshmallows brown. Straight after, add the raspberries and spread of choice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or fresh grated lemon zest if desired.
