Frosting with Cream Cheese

Adding soft, room temperature cream choose with your frosting ingredients adds a richness to the frosting while controlling the sweetness of it.

    Instructions
  • Use a whipping machine (with the paddle attachment) to mix the cream cheese until it is smooth.
  • Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar.
  • Scrape it down from the sides when needed.
  • Continue mixing the cream until it is “white” and fluffy.
  • Pipe it on top of cupcakes or a cake.
