Banoffee French Toast

- Mix the eggs, cream, sugar, & vanilla.
- Dip the slices of the brioche in the mix.
- Pan fry in foaming butter for 2 mins until golden & then arrange on a plate.
- Cut the banana in half, length ways, then Pan fry in butter until golden & arrange on the toast.
- Caramelise sugar in the pan then add butter until combined then add cream & vanilla and reduce until a glossy sauce is achieved.
- Top with soft serve & drizzle the toffee sauce over the top.
