Banoffee French Toast

    Method

  • Mix the eggs, cream, sugar, & vanilla.
  • Dip the slices of the brioche in the mix.
  • Pan fry in foaming butter for 2 mins until golden & then arrange on a plate.
  • Cut the banana in half, length ways, then Pan fry in butter until golden & arrange on the toast.
  • Caramelise sugar in the pan then add butter until combined then add cream & vanilla and reduce until a glossy sauce is achieved.
  • Top with soft serve & drizzle the toffee sauce over the top.
