Browned Butter Vinaigrette
This nutty, tangy browned butter vinaigrette with pieces of apple and shallot complements a wide range of dishes, particularly vegetarian options.

- Brown the butter and let it cool slightly. Stir the butter with vinegar, apple juice, shallots and apple.
- Add the parsley and season with salt. Serve the browned butter vinaigrette warm.
- Swap out the apple cider vinegar, apple juice, and apple for a different vinegar, juice, fruit or berry to give the vinaigrette a new flavour twist.
