  • Mix seasoning with flour and Buttermilk. Butterfly and flatten the chicken breast, marinade the chicken in the buttermilk and then coat in seasoned flour. Re-dip in buttermilk and back into the flour. Add to a hot oil frier at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked, golden and crispy on the outside.
  • Season with sea salt. Build burger with the rest of the components.
