Cheddar-Stuffed Crust Pizza with Bourbon & Honey-Mustard Glaze

    Honey Mustard Glaze

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl
  • Mix until combined
  • Stir well before use
  • Pizza

  • Stretch a pizza base out, starting with the centre, working all the way to the edge.
  • Add the julienne cut cheddar leaving around 1.5cm edge.
  • Fold the edge over and push down to seal, forming the crust.
  • Top with the sauce, working in a circular motion from the centre and scatter the basil leaves.
  • Add the Arla pro mozzarella, scatter it generously over the sauce.
  • Bake until golden brown, turning half way. Once baked, brush the crust liberally with the bourbon honey mustard glaze
  • Grate a generous amount of hard cheese over the crust.
