Cheddar Edge Stuffed Crust Pizza with a Bourbon Honey-Mustard Glaze

- Add all ingredients to a bowl
- Mix until combined
- Stir well before use
- Stretch a pizza base out, starting with the centre, working all the way to the edge.
- Add the julienne cut cheddar leaving around 1.5cm edge.
- Fold the edge over and push down to seal, forming the crust.
- Top with the sauce, working in a circular motion from the centre and scatter the basil leaves.
- Add the Arla pro mozzarella, scatter it generously over the sauce.
- Bake until golden brown, turning half way. Once baked, brush the crust liberally with the bourbon honey mustard glaze
- Grate a generous amount of hard cheese over the crust.
