Elevate your pizza offering with this Cheddar Stuffed Crust Pizza with Bourbon & Honey-Mustard Glaze, featuring a balanced blend of sweet, tangy, and savoury elements. The honey-mustard glaze, infused with bourbon and Worcestershire sauce, enhances the classic pizza base topped with rich tomato sauce, a mix of cheddar and mozzarella, and a final grating of hard cheese. - Add all ingredients to a bowl
- Mix until combined
- Stir well before use
- Stretch a pizza base out, starting with the centre, working all the way to the edge.
- Add the julienne cut cheddar leaving around 1.5cm edge.
- Fold the edge over and push down to seal, forming the crust.
- Top with the sauce, working in a circular motion from the centre and scatter the basil leaves.
- Add the Arla pro mozzarella, scatter it generously over the sauce.
- Bake until golden brown, turning half way. Once baked, brush the crust liberally with the bourbon honey mustard glaze
- Grate a generous amount of hard cheese over the crust.
