- Butterfly a chicken breast and pané in the panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden in the olive oil and then cook for a further 5-10 mintes in a preheated oven. Slice into 8 chunks.
- Roll out your dough to the desired shape and thickness.
- Top with the pizza sauce and half the cheese and cook in the pizza oven until part cooked. Top with the chicken and more cheese and cook again until golden and bubbling.
