Crispy Mozzarella in Carrozza

- Break egg, whisk with fork, add milk and season. Add dried herbs to bread crumbs and set aside.
- Slice the Mozzarella Block. Place Mozzarella in bread. Place anchovies and basil on top.
- Evenly coat bread in flour, egg then breadcrumbs.
- Add oil to pan, gently pan fry until golden. Turn the sandwich to fry all sides and edges. Place the pan in the oven or grill to allow heat to penetrate through the sandwich. Remove from the oven and add butter until golden and crispy on the hob. This could be deep fried if preferred. Cut into quarters and serve with leftover pizza sauce.
