Fried Asparagus with Cheese Cream and Lemon Butter
Fried green asparagus served with a soft cheese cream and Svecia, topped with a tasty lemon butter. Perfect as a standalone snack or as a side dish to grilled food.
- Split the asparagus lengthwise and toss in oil. Fry in a pan until nicely coloured.
- Add butter to the pan, squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt. Spoon the lemon butter over the asparagus when serving.
- Grate the cheese. Boil the cream, remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- In a blender, mix the cream and eggs. Gradually add the oil while blending until creamy. Season with salt and place in a piping bag.
