Hot Hawaiian (Hot Honey, Pepperoni & Pineapple)
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 10-inch round on a floured surface.
- Spread 1 ladle of tomato base sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
- Top with 7 slices of hot pepperoni, followed by the diced pineapple.
- Transfer the pizza to a preheated oven (or pizza stone) and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza to taste, and garnish with freshly sliced chillies for a spicy kick. Slice and serve immediately.
- Hot Honey: Adjust the amount of hot honey depending on the desired level of sweetness and heat.
