- Sticks Cut the Mozzarella into your size of preference, For reference, we cut 100g evenly into 3 sticks.
- Gently coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Gently shallow fry in oil or deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Add butter if you wish.
- Puttanesca sauce Gently fry garlic and chilli until soft in extra virgin olive oil.
