Mozzarella Saltimbocca with Fennel Salad and Tomato Sauce
Impress your guests with our version of Mozzarella Saltimbocca, a refined dish designed for kitchen professionals seeking to elevate traditional flavours. This recipe features Arla Pro Mozzarella Block wrapped in prosciutto accompanied by a fresh rocket and fennel salad, and a simple tomato sauce with garlic and cherry tomatoes, this dish offers both versatility and quality for discerning diners.

- Slice square cheese - half of one thick slice.
- Carefully lie two pieces of prosciutto - top with sage leaf, add Mozzarella square slice and season with black pepper and thyme.
- Carefully wrap into a parcel.
- Pan fry in avocado oil until Prosciutto and Mozzarella starts to soften. Add a touch of butter.
- Mix the rocket, fennel and artichokes together. Place on the Mozzarella Saltimbocca.
- Warm oil in to pan, gently fry garlic and tomatoes. Add pizza sauce, season with salt and pepper and sage.
