Neapolitan Pizza With Anchovies & Fresh Basil
A Neapolitan pizza is a style of pizza that requires a lot of skill – especially when it comes to the dough. The dough of a Neapolitan pizza should be light, fluffy, and able to hold all different kinds of toppings. Try our version with anchovies and fresh basil for a new take on the Neapolitan delight.
- Mix flour and dry yeast.
- Add water and knead dough for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and the knead for another 10 minutes.
- Fold the dough a couple of times.
- Divide the dough into 10 portions and roll into balls.
- Place the dough balls in a well-oiled container and wrap well. Leave it to proof overnight in the refrigerator.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Let it rest for a while or overnight.
- Shape the dough thinly and apply the tomato sauce.
- Add the toppings.
- Bake at 375°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Finish with olive oil.
