Spicy Nduja Garlic Flatbread
  • Roll out your dough to the desired shape and thickness and transfer into your pizza oven to part cook.
  • Take out of oven once part cooked. Spread with a generous amount of garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley
  • Add Arla® Pro Large Diced Mozzarella and spoon over the Nduja paste and chopped sundried tomatoes
  • Transfer back into the pizza oven and cook until golden and bubbling.
  • Finish with parmesan and a little rocket if you wish
