Valentine's Day Chocolate Cream Puffs
Chocolate Cream Puffs are a versatile dessert option, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to seasonal menus like Valentine’s Day. Using ready-made puff pastry and Arla Pro Chocolate Flavoured Whipped Cream, this recipe is both efficient and easy to execute in high-volume kitchens. With the addition of fresh strawberries and a drizzle of melted chocolate, our Valentine’s Day Chocolate Cream Puffs are a visually appealing and cost-effective option for offering indulgent, shareable treats without overcomplicating preparation.
- Preheat your oven to 200 and prep a baking sheet with greaseproof paper
- Unroll your puff pastry sheet and cut 8 hearts using a heart shaped cutter. Brush with beaten egg
- Place the hearts on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Once cooled, slice the hearts in half. Fill with strawberries and Arla Chocolate aerosol
- Decorate with piped dark chocolate and a dusting of icing sugar
