Vegetable Triumph Pizza

    Dough
  • Mix 90% of the water with the yeast, until the yeast has dissolved. Add 50% of the flour, allowing the ingredients to blend together. Gradually, add the rest of the flour. When the dough starts to come together after 4-5 minutes, add the salt and half of the remaining water. Once the salt has been incorporated, gradually, add the rest of the water and the oil. Mix until the texture of the dough is smooth and elastic. The total mixing time should be approx. 15 minutes.
  • Let the dough rest for an hour at room temperature in a plastic container covered with clingfilm. Once the dough has rested, divide it into 3 portions and leave the dough in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours, where it will more than double in size. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature before making your pizza.
  • Making the pizza
  • Stretch the dough and spread the tomato sauce with a tablespoon, leaving the edges untouched. Add mozzarella sticks, your grilled vegetables and tomatoes – and bake for 3-4 minutes at 350°C.
  • When the pizza is baked to crispy perfection, take it out and add a layer of crumbled feta. The finishing touch is fresh basil and a drizzle of high-quality olive oil. Perfection in every bite – even after 20 minutes in a pizza box.
